1590 KLIV has an immediate opening for a full-time reporter
and announcer for our local news operation.
Job requirements include the ability to quickly and
accurately report local news and perform on-air news anchoring duties
in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a
polished on-air delivery, professional news writing and reporting
skills, audio editing skills, and will be familiar with the process
of gathering and reporting the news. Previous broadcast news
experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with the news, politics
and issues of Santa Clara County/Silicon Valley are absolutely
essential.

1590 KLIV is a 24/7 all-news station serving San Jose and
