Meteorologist

Want to forecast weather for one of America’s top small market TV stations in America’s number one city? NBC29 is looking for a meteorologist to do weekend and midday newscasts, 5 days a week total. You’ll work on a brand new Weather Central system with 3D: Live, Storm tracking and Level II Nexrad, in a brand new state of the art weather center. Additional duties will include graphics creation, weather system maintenance, and some weather related reporting. Ideal candidate would have a meteorology degree or seal (NWA/AMS), one to two years broadcast experience (or more), good on-camera presence, and the ability to tell the weather story. Interested?
