Skills:
Candidates must be highly organized, capable of working on many
projects simultaneously, and have excellent research, organizational,
administrative and communication skills. Web production experience
required, TV production or radio experience a plus. Familiarity with a
variety of multimedia production and software programs is desired.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. Applicants should be able to
demonstrate clear interest in the field of science, science education,
or science journalism.

Job Description:
For thirty years, NOVA has been unrivaled in bringing authoritative,
innovative, and entertaining science documentaries to television. Seen
in more than 100 countries, NOVA is the most watched science
television series in the world and the most watched documentary series
on PBS. NOVA’s website has won many awards and is the most visited
program site on PBS.org.

Under the supervision of NOVA Online’s Executive Editor, the Web
Content Producer assists in the content production of the NOVA web
site and related new media content, such as podcasts. Responsible for
maintaining a working environment that leverages the potential and
diversity of the department’s entire staff. Provide direction and
leadership in such a way as to nurture, create and maintain an
