EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
WRNN-TV in Rye Brook, NY is seeking an Executive Assistant to serve the President. The ideal candidate would hold a BA in journalism, public relations, politics, communication or similar. Interaction with high profile individuals requires superior professionalism. Duties include maintaining executive calendar including making travel arrangements, scheduling meetings and acting as liaison to the external community. WRNN-TV is expanding programming and looking for an individual with previous news producing experience to join our team. Must be comfortable in a fast-paced and highly competitive news environment. Applicants should have excellent writing skills and line producing experience, preferably in a Top 50 market. Candidates must be hands on, willing to work until job is done, and be comfortable executing all tasks from start to finish. Ideal candidate will have experience producing for news talk program. Must possess ability to line produce, have excellent television writing skills, and work well under pressure & tight deadlines.
