Position: Associate Producer, Weekend Primetime
Location: New York
Requirements/Responsibilities:

Prior television experience producing segments, editing packages, researching and booking guests for live news programs. Control room experience preferred.

A successful candidate will be an aggressive, self-starter who can interact with high profile talent and all-level guests. Also required: great communication skills, creative and “out of the box” thinking, someone who can multi-task, has a terrific attitude, and works well with a team. Must also be willing to work weekends and evening hours.

Duties include but not limited to: Producing segments, pitching stories editing packages, booking guests, writing packets, writing segment intros and teases, producing reporter hits, in-depth research, networking, producing graphics, control room assistance to line producer, and occasional field producing. Also may assist in producing stories and segments for use on the web.

Position: Web Producer, Viewer Services
Location: New York
Responsibilities:

The web producer will work with a team of video producers, editors, and contributors to produce and manage content on the FOX Fan section of the Web site, monitor viewer feedback, and ultimately help incorporate this feedback into positive changes for the FOX News Channel and Web site.

Tasks include, but are not limited to:

* Writing promotional copy for all FOX News Channel shows
* Monitoring viewer e-mails and creating weekly and topical reports
* Producing daily promotional newsletters
* Assisting in production of original web content
* Using Photoshop to create images and graphics

A successful candidate will:

* Be creative and have a good eye for news and graphic design
* Write copy that is engaging and fun
* Be comfortable interacting with on-air talent
* Work well with a team, be able to pitch ideas, and get involved in the creative process
* Be a self-starter who is willing to tackle new projects independently
* Be organized and able to juggle multiple tasks
* Be familiar with Web page production and Photoshop

Requirements:

* Experience with HTML, Adobe Photoshop, and graphic design
* Exceptional copy writing and proofreading skills
* Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, marketing or a related field
Ability to work flexible hours including occasional nights and weekends
