Dow Jones Newswires, a leading international financial news agency, is looking for copy editors/sub-editors to work in its Singapore newsroom.

The editors will be responsible for handling general news from Dow Jones and other sources. They will be required to quickly identify general news developments with the potential to move financial markets, and publish fast, clear and accurate headlines and stories, Monday-Friday during the Asian day.

Successful candidates should have excellent news judgment and a passion for keeping on top of the news; they should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced multimedia environment. We’re looking for a team of five editors, including a team manager. Experience in a real-time newsroom is preferred. Attractive compensation and benefits will be provided.
